Shipping policy

Note: 

Irrigation equipment is either: 

  • Ex stock  (Allow up to 48 hours for dispatch ex works Hemmant Qld - work days)
  • Fabricated and Galvanised, (Allow 3-4 weeks) or
  • Shipped in (These times can vary depending upon Air or Sea Freight choices. Sea Freight allow approx 8 - 12 weeks for manufacture and container shipping. Airfreight can usually be turned around in 10-14 days.  Freight subsidies may be added to your invoice to cover this Airfreight option.)

Although every attempt is made to provide access to those items that turnover regularly, we can't always hold stock of all items.  Please pay attention to the order fulfillment times and if you need something sooner please contact us.  Sometimes there are alternative product configurations for your application more readily available.  We know that your needs are important.  We pride ourselves on delivering best quality and best service.  

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Due to the variances of size and weights across our product lines methods of shipping will differ.  Our carts have been set up for cartons deliveries item by item.  We also have a “Pickup” option, where freight is not allocated or charged.  When you choose this option we will contact you with the dimensions and weight of your fully packed goods so that you can arrange your own freight, or we can work out the most economical method available and charge accordingly.  We have access to a number of carriers Nationally, or we are happy for you to arrange your own freight if you prefer.  All goods are dispatched via our Brisbane Warehouse by air or road.

Should pricing given on our website differ substantially we will make contact with you to arrange correct freight.

If your requirements are urgent please let us know under SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS and we will contact you with options for quicker freight. 

ESTIMATED TIME OF DISPATCH

Owing to the nature of many parts shown fabrication and galvanising can take 4-6 weeks.  If your need is more urgent please make contact with us.  Many parts are replenished to stock where possible, which usually means despatch within 48 hours. 

We will refund and not supply your order if it is not possible for us to ensure availability of your item. 

ATL

Authority To Leave.  All our freight will be dispatched with an Authority To Leave instruction to the freight couriers.  If this is not acceptable to you please let us know your requirements using the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS space.

STOCK AND NON STOCK ITEMS

We make every effort to ensure the products shown on our website are restocked for on-going sales.  Sometimes things happen and we find that stock is not available.  Should this occur we will contact you immediately so that you can decide if you are able to wait a little longer than expected to receive your order.

Normally orders are filled and dispatched within 24-48 hours.
